Recently, Forbes announced its 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list. Feng Fan, Founder and CEO of Yanhe Technology, was named to the list for his pioneering work in advancing the industrialization of consumer-grade perovskite photovoltaics.

The Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list recognizes young innovators and entrepreneurs across the region who are driving meaningful change in their industries. Feng Fan was selected in the Industry, Manufacturing & Energy category, highlighting Yanhe Technology’s progress in bringing next-generation photovoltaic technology into real-world applications.
Feng holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Materials Chemistry and Economics from Peking University, as well as a master’s degree in Management Science from Columbia University. With an interdisciplinary background spanning materials science, business strategy, capital operations, and industrial execution, he co-founded Yanhe Technology in 2024 with his Peking University classmate Peng Zongyang.
Since its founding, Yanhe Technology has focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of perovskite solar cells. The company has built a 100MW-class automated production line for consumer-grade perovskite photovoltaics, accelerating the transition of the technology from laboratory research to mass production and diverse commercial applications.
Yanhe Technology’s products are now used across consumer electronics, portable energy, smart hardware, and other emerging scenarios. The company has entered the supply chains of more than 100 leading brands, including Lenovo, Samsung, and Xiaomi ecosystem companies, with products reaching over 50 countries and regions.

Beyond consumer applications, Yanhe Technology is also expanding into space photovoltaics. The company has established strategic partnerships with Zhongke Tiansuan, Hangsheng Satellite, and Tongwei, exploring an integrated innovation model that combines computing power, satellites, and photovoltaics. Its self-developed Stellar and Nebula space-grade perovskite solar cell series are scheduled to begin in-orbit testing from 2026, supporting the engineering validation and continued iteration of perovskite technology in space applications.
Feng Fan’s inclusion on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list reflects both his personal entrepreneurial vision and Yanhe Technology’s growing role in advancing perovskite photovoltaics from industrialization to broader global application.
