Yanhe Technology has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Soochow University to establish a Joint R&D Laboratory for Perovskite/Crystalline Silicon Tandem Solar Cells.

The partnership brings together Soochow University’s strengths in materials science, optoelectronics and energy research with Yanhe’s capabilities in perovskite technology development, engineering, manufacturing and commercialization.
The joint laboratory will focus on key technologies for perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem solar cells, addressing technical challenges across research, pilot-scale development, manufacturing and application.
Soochow University will contribute fundamental research and frontier innovation, while Yanhe Technology will support process development, pilot-scale validation and commercialization. Together, the two sides will work to accelerate the transition of research into practical photovoltaic products and applications.
Talent development will also be a key part of the collaboration. The two sides will establish regular exchanges for research personnel, develop internship and training opportunities, and jointly cultivate interdisciplinary talent for the new energy sector.
Through continued industry–university collaboration, Yanhe Technology and Soochow University aim to advance next-generation photovoltaic technologies and support the growth of China’s new energy industry.
